Free shipping within Italy on orders of €49.90 or more.
For orders under €49.90 delivered within Italy, shipping costs €5.90.
Delivery times
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery in Italy takes 2-4 business days from shipment.
You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as your order is handed over to the courier.
International shipping
Shipping to eligible destinations within the European Union costs €14.99. Shipping to other eligible international destinations costs €19.99.
Free shipping on orders of €49.90 or more applies only to deliveries within Italy. Shipping availability and the final charge are shown at checkout based on the delivery address.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
How it works
1. Write to homoskincare@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you return instructions.
3. Once the product is received, we will process the refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Conditions
Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of opened or partially used products, except for manufacturing defects.

If you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us immediately at homoskincare@outlook.com. We will resolve it without issue.
